Yo! I just want to thank everybody who's been talking to my little girl and being so kind to her! I was worried her being here she'd get really lonely without her mother, but she seems very happy! She talks about so many of the people she's met here, I'm so glad she's happy! She's my little social butterfly

His name is Cecil. He is a serial killer. Please be assured that I am already keeping a close eye on him.

There is a reason. [...] Due to a series of mistakes made by one of our officers, his sentence was lifted early.

...I was the one who first realized it was Cecil committing the crimes. For that reason, I, too, was attacked, although not killed. Since then, he has enjoyed... 'taunting'.

There's a discrepancy there, Hughes-san. There are notes in many of the medical records of scars that have remained post resurrection. There is a note that lost limbs cannot be restored either. I even have "Mr J Spark;s" in an autopsy report, if you were so interested.

I should also note that the other language you see commonly on official documents and city signs is another Earth language that originated in a region called Greece. And, going even further, many of the titles I have seen are another ancient Earth language called Latin. Very intriguing.

Ah, so those must be the other languages I saw. Is there anybody in the city that can read those languages, maybe? They could hold something vital.

One case in particular, a certain Kazuki Hihara, has a rather large scar on his abdomen. There are others as well. I'll be certain to share those files with you as soon as I can copy them. Dr. Kureha may not be too keen on my sharing of this sort of information, though the autopsy report is public domain thanks to the trial it was involved in.

I know some Latin thanks to my work in the medical fields, and some Greek as well, but I am hardly fluent. Perhaps asking about the city?

He is a serial killer. When committing his crimes, he was able to hide it for quite some time. He has no pattern, no preferred mode of attack. He is creative, ruthless, and intelligent. Any childishness he presents is an act.

Sorry, In regard to something you said to Credo, is this also the boy who was taken out of jail by an officer and "killed" for his crimes? Officer Minato mentioned something like that a while back.

He was a serial killer whom murdered eight people. His motivation was some sort of game he'd devised to attract the attention of another person from his world, someone he thought could kill him and end his apparent cycle of resurrection
