Knitting Emergancy :(

So I have to go out of town in the next few days. I had ordered a set of circular needles with interchangable tips, and so I have 2 tips of each major needle size. I miscalculated, and I actually need 4 tips of a certain size, and I only have 2

If you use another size needle, you'll get different gauge on one half of your sock, which would be no good.
