A company as large as Stream working with HP won't really be able/willing to see you as an individual, no matter how hard you work. And reading E's journal, it's obvious that you (and she) both work your asses off for them. They kept the Mexico and India centers because they can pay them next to nothing and don't have to worry about reprisals from the employees.
Were I your supervisor I'm sure I'd have to be blind not to notice your work ethic and abilities, but since the entire thing is going down, it's not as if some CEO type in HQ even knows your name, much less that of your boss and probably not even the division head. They don't give two piss-drops about you and that hurts. But that's they way they are: soul-less and interested only in the ultimate bottom line. If they can save a few thousand by eliminating you, E, and your co-workers, then they'll do it. You and yours be damned.
