i had to call to cancel a subscription that i didn't realise had been charged to my credit card because the website was tricky and i didn't read the fine print. they were trying to get me to keep my subscription i didn't sign up for. this sort of thing frustrates a lot of people and makes them angry, but i think arguing with the phone reps doesn' ( Read more... )
