I looked at 4 foreclosed houses yesterday- two of them were 16K and both were in nice neighborhoods (by Corunna and Elms- almost Creek, but not). Chris and I looked at one that was 36K and it was beautiful. There's a lot of really nice places out there if you look (govlisted.com is a great site for foreclosed homes).
