Himegyaru Dresses!

 Hello gals. It's my first post on here so be kind > w < ;; Anyways, I am looking for a himegyaru style dress that I can wear for a semi-formal event that my school has every year (it's called Semi-Formal, but it's basically prom for Grade 9-11, and it's not as special as Prom). I really want to try out himegyaru for this event, and I want to get a nice dress that isn't super expensive, because I'm going to be splurging on hair/nails/make/etc already.

I've looked at Jesus Diamante and La Parfait, and I love all the dresses on there, but many of them are quite pricey! So if any of you could recommend a site or a person who sells/makes himegyaru dresses, I would be so grateful!
