I don't know about the Harry Potter law but then again the fanbrats are a powerful force (and may account for my popularity rating). I don't know why electo-collars for idiots would be unpopular with anyone but idiots, even if there are alot of them out there. The mansion surrounded by storm clouds makes up for all other short-comings though.
