we just bought a spare set of pots and pans off of ma beisel, and i can't bring myself to use them. she got them on sale at famous barr for $20 (marked down from $80!), and they're all shily and pretty. i've never had such pretty pans, so i can't bare to dirty them up.

you can always wash them after you get 'em dirty. plus just use wooden spoons instead of metal so's you won't scratch them!
