When I awoke this morning, my entire lower lip had this line of dark, dried up blood across it. That's happened a few times these last few weeks. I don't know what's wrong with me. I go to bed feeling perfectly fine and I wake up with blood all over my face. I didn't even notice until I went to brush my teeth this morning. And the blood was so

I grind my teeth when I'm sleeping. It's because I'm stressed. Maybe you are too.

Can you grind your teeth during the day, too? Or is it just a sleeping thing. I could never figure out how people do that, lol.

yea o.o grinding your teeth is just rubbing them together. And you may not know of your stress. It's all subconscious.

Hmm...it sounds like you're biting your lip in your sleep. I bite my tongue in my sleep and man when I wake up does it hurt, lol. I don't know what to say about it, I've got no idea...:/ Hope you find some kinda solution.

Grinding your teeth would cause damage to your teeth tho, my sister does it soooo sooo bad and eh' kind of do/dont care about it. Its just anoyying as hell to me tho its sounds like fingers scratching upon a chalk board. EEEK!

maybe chapped lips, too. i remember when i was a kid, i'd wake up with some blood on my lips cuz i had really bad chapped lips...that could be it
