I just beat the Hades Paradox Cup, and FUCK was it hard! The fight right before Paradox Hades is my opinion the hardest. You have to fight Cloud, Squall, Yuffie, and Tifa all at once, and on your own, with no Summons and no Drive Forms. Fucking Cloud had to use Omnislash and almost killed me, then Tifa comes out of nowhere to do Final Heaven. But

You have to have all Drive Forms and Summon Level at max (Level 7). Best places to level up:

Valor: Anywhere
Wisdom: Anyplace where there are a lot of Heartless. Try the area near Memory Skyscraper
Master: Land of Dragons or Beast's Castle. They drop the most Drive Orbs
Final: Either the last part of The World That Never Was or the tower in Twilight Town.

Summon: Either Genie or Peter Pan. They get one experience point for each Summon Gauge used. To prevent having to bring up the Drive Gauge again, hit a Save Point and go to the World Map and come back. You should come back with a Maxed Out Drive Gauge

the best place for summon level up is the area n of the village(land of dragons) kill all the enemys call up a summon(i pefer stitch) wait till the guage is close to going down to the next level then destroy a cart some drive orbs will come out .. then as soon as the change happens like 6lvl to 5lvl then pick up some orbs till your back to level 6 then wait till it goes down again and repeat.. i got on avg 9-11exp per trip to the room.. and thats alot

Either the last part of The World That Never Was or the tower in Twilight Town.

I did mention the Tower. But I spent a lot of time in The World That Never Was, and it worked just fine for me.

And you don't have to be LV 99 for Hades Paradox. That's just the level of the cup. But yes, you do need to finish all the other cups first.
