This mission was a pain, Vexen didn’t think he’d ever end up working as a tech again; but then, the mission called for it. And what better did Vexen have to do other than serve... plenty of things of course, but who ever realised that. It wasn’t as if he was just sitting in his laboratories twiddling his thumbs. There were so many better things he could have been doing.

On the other hand this mission hadn’t been a complete loss.
This world did have some very interesting scientific faculties; shame he was stuck pretending to be a lab assistant; he would have rather enjoyed investigating further ( ... )

There wasn’t much chance in him breaking the bonds, but making neat cuts on a alive and struggling thing was nigh impossible. Nothing a quick sedative couldn’t fix of course, but it was another annoying hassle between Vexen and being reunited with his laboratory. Not a great place to be for a person either, especially now Vexen felt like cheating.

Vexen was supposed to take a manipulative approach (hardly feasible at this juncture); Xigbar and Xaldin had their full-pelt-charge-in-blow-shit-up approach, did it really have to be so difficult as to have Vexen do this his own way? Of course not, but that would be requesting Xemnas to use common sense ( ... )

Never minding the resilience of living flesh, it was hardly as if he was trying to preserve the man’s condition. The lubrication was a matter of personal comfort, if the was any intention for Hojo to live through this... well he would be sore in the morning ( ... )

Not op but that was disturbingly nightmare inducingly good. Good grief you have how heartless and creepy Vexen is in my head.The jiggling of the internal organs just irked me but well yeah what he's doing is nightmarish... I had a hard time not reading it despite my huge fear of operations and my huge squick of seeing them. Because it was well paced and the comparisons between their worlds was interesting.

On second thought this is Hojo who's getting cut open.... Vexen just might be my hero for doing that.... That or be on the same level of D: horror I still can't decide.

Okay, I finally got to read it all and not be eating any form of noodles and therefore avoid puking my guts out because of the noodles being intestines.

Nomnomnom. I wish my stream of consciousness writing was like this. I may have to steal your writing brain for a while, okay? Because this was just lovely and gross and made me feel sick and that's awesome.

My favorite parts were the jiggling organs, and for some reason this "and a handful of cotton in the mouth kept noise level down."

And don't worry, anon, it's perfectly fine like this ^^ I really have to thank you.

I really like the story, it's creepy and great at the same time ^^ Very well written, too :) And I like Vexen being top. Sometimes the creepy scientist fits him too well. all the scientific accuracy while doing something so cruel sends shivers down my spines. I also like the idea very much and the 'mixing' of the two worlds.

My favourite part was definitely the jiggling organs x3
