Not really. They have the cool little bit of dialogue, then Lexaeus carts him off somewhere safe, pours a load of potions down his throat and has his wicked way with him. Or you could have done the actual physical dressing of wounds - fuck knows how much that gets used to lead to porn, and it would've still fit in with the protection prompt/kink. Your current ending wouldn't have been the ending any more, but you wouldn't have had to change it.

It's not that I don't like this, I do. It's just, you know, you could've had the smut. (Also, just so you know, I'm not the OP.)

You're right, it was possible, but it would have also changed the overall atmosphere of the piece. It wrote itself, to be honest, and at 10 PM, I really didn't feel like sacrificing the message for porn, especially with - like you said - an overused lead-up like that.

I, personally, value themes over PWP. If I feel like smut would detract from the point I'm getting at, I don't include it, even if I had originally intended to.

So, I could've, I would've, I should've, but I didn't. Baaawww. :(

It's just the way I write. While I love smut just as much as the next person, if I write something that I feel has a good twist, I'll leave it at that rather than tack on some cliche PWP.

(real reason: it's from reading Steinbeck all weekend, I swear.)

OP here, A ficlet, would read again even if there was no porn that's still okay (WICKED AND KINGDOM HEARTS. DUDE. I REALLY SORT OF WANT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE NOW. Also wouldn't that spell have turned someone into a scarecrow? *is fuzzy on canon*).

Thank you very much~! I'm so glad you enjoyed it; I had a ton of fun writing it. :D I am sorry about the lack of smut, but I feel that it would've detracted from the main theme of the ficlet, so I refrained from including it.

Wicked, Kingdom Hearts, and The Black Cauldron~. And the spell in question, "Eleka Nahmen", is actually used to determine what someone's future will be by stating what one wishes to achieve after reciting it. In the musical, Elphaba isn't completely specific with what she wants to happen, so the spell fulfills her request by transforming Fiyero into a scarecrow. :3

If you look up the community "privatexidaho", you should be able to figure it out~. Plz to not be getting angry at me, kokanshu, I'm too proud of my work for my own good. :(

Nothing to be getting angry about - un-anoning is your prerogative. The overall anon is to allow peeps to request/write things that they may be 'ashamed' of enjoying (also it's just fun XD )
