*sigh* why did I buy these jelly beans? I only actually like half the flavors, and half the flavors I like look dangerously like flavors I hate. The red ones are especially terrible; nice things like apple and cherry look almost exactly the same as the awful cinnamon ones ( Read more... )

I already reblogged the Bollywood Zelda, I love it a LOT. And 50s lady too, gosh. I especially like how the limited colour palette works with your colouring style.

I have a soft spot for art of telephone lines like that, I dunno why? It's just cool to see the sharp contrast against the sky, and you're so good at stylised clouds.

Also your image quality is so much better since you started saving as PNG, so thumbs up for that.

And lastly, this is why I only buy jellybeans when you can pick and choose the kinds you want yourself. :P

50's lady might be my favorite; she cooperated with me so much more than most of them do. I really like working with the limited color palettes!

I am in love with telephone wires, I wish I drew them more often. I need a camera if I'm going to be too shy and awkward to just draw plein air.... I'm still not quite content with my clouds, but they are getting better every year.

Starburst jellybeans are what I really want, where they are ALL sour-fruity. So I bought those this week and was much happier with my purchase.

Bollywood Zelda is AMAZING; someone needs to send that off to a Bollywood studio, stat!

I love the grey-and-teal palette experiment, too! Would totally paint a room in those colors.
