Info for all current homeowners in Western Australia.The Stamp Amendment Bill 2005 was introduced and second read yesterday in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill seeks to: allow for an exemption from mortgage duty for mortgage refinancing loans undertaken by owner-occupiers of homes and small business owners
