The other day I went to the workshop to help our scenographer. ^^ We built a "tombstone-chair". In the scene after Rudolf's death takes place at a cemetery. We have one big tombstone that's Rudolf's. We also want to have two smaller ones in the background.

Yesterday we went to the Gothenburg Opera house. I'm gonna put that under an lj cut in order to not fill up your friend page with text ^^''
They had agreed to lend us some scenography and props. We got a divan (similar to this one
http://www.bildmuseet.umu.se/img/utst_divan_nara_b.jpg), a "throne" chair for Franz-Joseph (with carvings of lion heads). We may borrow a big stone (frigolite) angel as well (for the cemetary).
We also received two big milk cans, a doctor bag (that was 70 years old!) and a knife for Elisabeth. The one Lucheni uses to kill her with.
The conversation with the theatrical property-representative was fun...
Me: "We also need a paper knife."
Him: "Okay but we've got some, so that'll be okay"
Me: "Great, just one thing! You need to be able to use it to commit suicide, or to murder someone."
Him: "...I understand."
The knife was great! Long and old ^^ not sharpened though. Thank God xD
After the visit to the opera we went to a theater at Valland and took a look at their wardrobe and their props.
We found clothes for Zeps, Elmer, Jura, Madame Wolf and so on. We also got hand fans, hats, hair pins, a golden cross, a black doctor robe for Death. And much more.

They had many 19th century clothes from their production of "Gustav III". Too bad we ain't doing "Scarlet Pimpernel" We would have been able to get everything we needed from here.
But we said that if we ever do "Scarlet Pimpernel" we know where to look. ^.-
By the way. The local radio station contacted me. They want to have us in the studio for their midday show.
