Hello, everyone.

This is my mom's book.By that, I mean she wrote it. She's been working on it for 15 years. It's about my dad's time in the hospital, in the 8 months between his accident and his death. I'm not sure what you mean by library exchanges, but the best way to go about getting a book into the library is to ask a librarian about that. You can ask at a circulation desk or a reference desk and just say that you want information on donating books or suggesting books for the library to buy. Odds are they'll appreciate a donated book, but I don't know what the process if of the donating book getting to the shelf. So I would suggest asking the librarian (I'm sure you can call) directly about that, that if your aim is to get the book on the shelf what is the best way to go about doing that.
The only foreseeable problem, from what I know, is that it could end up in a Friends of the Library book sale instead of going to the stacks if they don't know who you're donating it too.

So essentially that was a really verbose way of telling you I don't know! :D (but giving you advice on what I would do!). I hope it helps a bit!

It does help, my dear! It's pretty much what I was planning to do anyway, so it's good to see that you have the same idea.

Miss you!
