Gah! Oh man. My bad. Originally when I was researching the proper name for Hispanic dresses, that came up. It was only later once the various types were explained to me that I went back and changed "puebla" into just "Mexican dresses", but it seems I missed it here. Thank you for pointing this out to me. I will fix that.

In any case, she means she will wear a traditional Mexican dress Al and Art bought for her.
