This is really sweet and a great concept! I loved Alfred's excitement at the beginning and how his relationship with Arthur grows from the first meeting.

Given how he just wanted to jump into a relationship, it's good that he slowed down and became friends with his soul mate first.

I feel that's the quickest way to destroying a relationship these days is going too fast. I know because it's happened to me often. Be friends with the person you like first, and then become best friends, and then lovers. :3
