that being said,
some lady on the radio said that some guy prophesized(sp?) that there would be a "bad pope" and that it would be the . . ..113th? whatever number we're on now, thats the one.
now that just cracks me up, when i find that the new pope has the names "benedict" and "hitler" associated with him LOL

Seeing as i'm not catholic, it shouldn't matter. But, you're inaccurate because he was only a baby when all the Hitler-ish things were happening. He was not old enough to be involved. I'm sure that if he is pope, then he is pious.

oh, and being a baby or small child doesn't matter. being the daughter of german immigrants I know from their stories if you were alive during the time of hitler and you were a child, regardless of age, you were indeed in the hitler youth. it's just a little card that you had more or less that said you were a nonjew who supported the government. not something terrible. just a point of information. <3
