I'm helping a friend/business setup a better web presence, but they don't want to spend money if they can avoid it. It's currently hosted on SBC. The major issue at the moment is that they'd like to have a mailing list. Sending from outlook, using SBC's servers, puts a limit of 11 or so (didn't feel like trying past that) recipients at a time.
