Pretty cool pics, but I don't know who's the character and the series. It seems to be related with some XIX-century series, right? The outfits are cool and the smiling face just cracked me up.

actually it's fairly modern. but the outfit designs do have some 19th Century going on. Especially for that witch Beatrice (the blonde with her hair in a bun and a red rose near her right ear)

yup! it's called Umineko no naku koro ni! i ithink it's translated as "where the seagulls cry"
it starts out as a murder mystery then slowly develops to a fantasy mind-challenge.
