Don't you just love being sick for the holidays? I usually get sick around Christmas myself.. I hope you're able to find the time you need to get everything finished. I haven't gotten a closer look at these sketches, but they already look excellent!

(And Hetalia is one of the few series that sounds worth checking out, I just don't have the time right now. Sadly.)

Oh WOW! Those sketches are AMAZING!! Rezo is just so beautiful and serene and it looks like Fibrizo's having a pretty bad/terrifying time there lol. :p I can't wait to see the finished pieces! Take your time though and don't feel like you have to rush -- I know you're busy and have a million things to do, so not to worry. ^^

Sounds to me like you're overwhelmed and have too much to do. x.x And I know exactly how that feels because it happens to me too. Plus I'm sure being sick didn't help things either. It is -- one of the things I hate most is to have a creative idea, but be completely unable to act on it either because I'm too sick to focus or I'm too busy. D: It's incredibly frustrating.

@.@ lol tell me about it -- for me, it's the coloring that usually takes the longest. I can do sketches one after another, but then I go to color it and that's where I start to slow down.

I'm cryyyyyingggg.....I will presume, but won't pry since you said you wouldn't explain the meaning, that both of these are death scenes. It looks like Fibrizo is undergoing the anguish of dying and Rezo has gone to paradise already. "Welcome home my child" seems to be stated by L-Sama herself since we are not permitted to see her visage but there is something that radiates with omniscience and comfort about her. Oh Jesus that's beautiful *weeps again* God I hate thinking about how they kill him off TWICE lol ;;_;; I like thinking about how easy it is to revive people in Slayers lol and imagine it happening again.

Honestly I love work best in the sketch stages. To me these are finished works and I love them. Thank you SO MUCH for working on these, and while ILL no less! You poor thing! <3

i assume L-sama would be pretty easy to guess since we do love not being able to see her real face at all. (guess you could ask rezo, but he's already gone, technically speaking lol)
i think it was a bad idea to bring him alive AGAIN in the first place but seeing the ending in the Evo-R manga makes it all WORTH it. that was the scene that inspired me.

My God they're not bad at ALL! *PANG* Gah no he's not dead! Rofl! >.< XD But yes, the ending of the Evo-R manga was probably my favorite moment in the whole of the animanga's history. Such poignant words. I know I'm biased but I do believe Rezo would have been forgiven by whatever higher power of the cosmos and freed at last from his misery. My feelings about bringing him back are mixed because for a while the writers seemed to lose sight of his fundamental goodness-turned-corrupted-turned-goodness-again in season one to be sensationalistic about Taforashia. I think the anime went a little far with that, and the manga was truer to his character. But I also loved seeing him explored more.

I also think Rezo should have been forgive and freed from his misery. My golly it amazes me how he can remain sane after killing/hurting so much people.
I loved how the manga approached his character WAY better than the anime did. But, considering that both the anime and manga were written with Kanzaka's consent, i guess it shows that not all plots can be successful. XD
