Bad week food and exercise wise: ate lottsa office treats that I didn't need, and finished half a bag of chips on the way home after work. The office snacks are a challenge, but the chips I could've avoided if I had packed a larger lunch. I skipped my runs because the weather was waaaaay too cold to go out, but I should've done something indoors...

I had this great theory to start my marathon training this week, then it got down to -20, and I'm not sure if I'll start at all until I find an indoor running opportunity. Boo. But, I can always run on the weekends, 'cause it warms up by mid-day

Once again I'm starting the health/exercise/lose weight kick. I guess I never really "end" it, but there are long periods where I don't take it as seriously...But every time I restart, the beginning point is a little better than the previous ones. So, here I am again, at 153 (this morning), and about to do a 10 mile run

School is over, which means I don't currently have a job...I'm on vacation right now (yeah, spending money that I don't really have...), and will be heading back to the states in a week. I got home this afternoon and knew I had to go back to work for an evening event. I was tired and didn't go for my run. What did I do instead? Picked up a magazine and ate a meal-sized snack. It was sort of a bingey snack...but not as bad as it could be: coffee with sugar and soy milk, two pieces of toast, one with cheese, one with peanut butter

So, yeah, it was dengue (is?). I'm still not 100%, but the fever, pain, itchiness, rash, etc. seem to be out of the way. Now it's just days/weeks/(please god, not months) of tiredness

I'm still feeling yicky, tomorrow I go to get a blood test to see if it's Dengue fever. Today's new twist has been a quasi-nausea...I don't feel like vomiting, per se, but every time I get up and move around my stomach yells at me. Not fun. I find myself in the weird position of trying to consume the most calorie dense foods I have in the house '
