Very simple and translatable!!



Begin with base:




Duplicate your base and set the layer to SCREEN 100%:




Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST, enter in:
BRIGHTNESS: -12
CONTRAST: 12




Create a new layer filled with #bbbbbb and set the layer to COLOR BURN:

Create a new layer filled with #d8d8d8 and set the layer to SOFT LIGHT:

Create a new layer filled with #afafaf and set the layer to OVERLAY 36%:

Create a new layer filled with #2b2b2b and set the layer to EXCLUSION (This is the important part!):
