Going from:

Translatable, pretty simple.



1. Begin with base:



2. Duplicate your base and set the layer to SCREEN:



3. Create a new layer filled with #f1eed8 and set the layer to MULTIPLY 100%:

4. Create a new layer filled with #162f4a and set the layer to EXCLUSION 24%:

5. Create a new layer filled with #d2efeb and set the layer to (COLOR) BURN 100%:

6. Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>HUE/SATURATION(/LIGHTNESS), enter in:
MASTER: SATURATION: 15
(leave others alone)



7. Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>COLOR BALANCE, enter in:
MIDTONES: -22, -9, 14
NO SHADOWS or HIGHLIGHTS, CHECK PRESERVE LUMINOSITY



8. Duplicate the last COLOR BALANCE layer:



*9. This is optional, but if you want more contrast, you can duplicate your original base, drag it to the top of your layers, and set it to SOFT LIGHT:
