It's meant to say, "It is difficult to learn french." Literally, the sentence structure would be, in English, "It is learn difficult french." And, therein, lies my issue. Ths sentence structure is so weird to me. I'll make a longer post about life and so on and so forth tomorrow, probably.

Learning different sentence structures is definitely the worst part about picking up new languages. Unfortunately, I'm no help, but you have my sympathy!
