I broke five lambs into primals today, deboned shoulders, frenched racks, and tied roasts. I'm tired and I rock.

I don't know that this shop does that kind of volume, at least not in wintertime. If we're just talking primals and I was working with a bandsaw (as opposed to strictly by hand) I think I could do it.

Still, whew.
