iTunes is horribly slow at getting music posted - Crush Television is already on there, though.

Everything will be available on "iTunes Plus" which is a DRM-free format, lets you make ringtones out of it, etc.

That video footage has got to be out there. I've seen a video of the closing Boole performance from that night, so someone out there was taking video.

I watched two separate people videotape the whole show from the stage, which is why I know that there's a recording somewhere.

That was an awesome show. Drove from Pittsburgh to see it. Wouldn't mind re-watching any the footage of Boole, either.
