I'm glad you're somewhat better. I have Bipolar Disorder rather severely, and if you can't get diagnosed, see if you can get a hold of a supplement called 5-HTP. Idk if they have it in Denmark, but I suppose you could order it online. My therapist recommended it for the days I don't take medication (I take it every other day) and it's quite effective as a mood enhancer. Also, it helps regulate appetite. BUT SEE A DOCTOR. I'm just giving you a bit of advice, and I'm clearly not a doctor. This is just personal experience.
