I don't know if the doctor who's also an honest-to-god horse vet is still at the Grinnell hospital or not, but he was always a pretty good example of the sort of health care you can get in town. So while people's wisdom teeth do undoubtedly erupt in Grinnell, IA, just as they do in Evanston, IL, and there must surely be someone there to deal with it...

...for fuck's sake, don't get it treated in Grinnell.
