Go Obama!  I didn't post last night because, honestly, I was in a state of shock.  For the first time in 8 years, I feel proud to be an American.  Were I abroad, I would no longer pretend to be Canadian.  I'm actually proud of and inspired by a public official.  The first election I voted in elected an African American president!  How frickin

And Amendment 2 was passed in FL. And in other states.

I'm really happy about Obama winning, but I'm really disappointed about these. If America can elect an African-American president in one of the biggest demonstrations of Civil Rights, why are we all still incredibly prejudiced against homosexuals. The hypocrisy of it boggles my mind.
