so my day is already fantastic. My ankle's been bugging me a bit, but I find it better to just work out anyway, since it doesn't hurt all the time, just when I hyperextend it. I ran last night, and it felt fine. I'm SLOWLY getting my wind back, which is heartening. I'm on to week 5 of C25K tomorrow. I've heard about a 5K on Saturday, so I might use
