179lbs. could be just less bloat or poop in my body, but it's been that for 3 days, so I think it's safe to say I lost 1 lb since day 3. Last time I ran for 45 minutes... almost passed out. I didn't really pay attention to the miles, but was 5779 steps.

for almost a couple weeks I've been checking LJ at least once a day and no ones posting or commenting... normal I look once a week, i changed my email to make sure I get updates, because I find out, even a month down the road that people commented/commented back to mine and I NEVER knew it was there, or there's many friends journals to read ( Read more... )

I did it. I bought an iPod. My first ever MP3 player. I got a Nano. Graphite. and an arm band.

....I am ill...bad head cold, sore throat, coughing, can't breath.... and got time of the month. w...t...f.
