Callanetics, thats what you need, its quite an old aerobics type thing but its really slow and you can do it anywhere. It was designed by a lady who ended up putting her back out so she could only do very small movements. It works really well and trims you up very quickly. Look it up on youtube. It looks funny because everyones in 80's sort of leotards but the concept is really awesome
You're doing better than me today that's for sure. I made a complete pig of myself on burgers and fries and now I can't get enough orange juice in my system for the life of it. >.< Mehhhhh.
