Hi, I'd like to order Koichi's pamphlet but I was wondering if there are any extra costs besides paypal fees and shipping? Are there service charges or is that already included in the price? Like, would the total price be just $28 + Shipping? Thank you very much!

Hi!

Nope, those are the only fees charged. The item price, shipping and the 5% paypal fees. We don't charge for internal shipping as we ship directly from Japan.
