hello i m waiting for kisumai tickets for tomorrow normally joyce said they send to me but i dont have the letter with the ticket yet ....
can you do something i m really worried about that

I tracked it and it said it was delivered on 12/23. This is the address that was given to us to send it to:

Sorry she hasn't replied yet, she's had some internet problems. Your tickets were shipped out to your hotel, per your request, along with your ID card :D Here's the tracking number: 214512160004

Hi, thanks for your reply. May I know which delivery method was used? The 12-digit tracking number didn't fit into the track and trace 13-digit serial number required for EMS on the Japan postal website.

Mary, I'm going in for surgery soon and the stress of not knowing the status of the t-shirt I bought is just adding the stress about my health. Could you please let me know if you've sent it out and if not could you please sent it soon?
