Hi, I'm still waiting for shop photos and my countdown uchiwa that was ordered and paid for on Dec 27/09. When I received my You&Jin things I asked if I would receive them separately and was told yes, but have not heard anything since then.

If you do not have the stock, is it possible to be given a refund?
