Hi, how about FC mail? Has the Jap address for the existing FC membership been changed to that of your new Jap supplier? My FC has issued 2 mail bulletins and I would like to request for shipment.
"Kanjani8 Countdown - some items have been shipped already. The rest will be shipped once itesm arrive to new supplier. Will advise once they have been received. Will also be sending out shipping quotes so once they arrive, they will be shipped."
i dont suppose you have an estimated time of arrival/estimated time of when you'll be sending out shipping invoices? =_=
its about time you updated, but im sorry - im not a very happy customer at this moment. yes I understand your situation, but this type of update/commmunication should have been implmented from the get go. *sighs*
My old supplier sent a package with items to my new supplier, but until it arrives I have no idea what is in it. Sorry, I can't update more than that. And yes, I should have before but I didn't think of it and I didn't think it would take this long.
Can I know what is the status of existing FC memberships that have been made through KonKon Sales as our proxy? Will your change of new Japanese supplier affect the existing FC memberships? I've left a few messages over the last 2 months and I would appreciate at least 1 reply. I know there is 2 FC mail that is supposed to have been sent out to you. What has happened to the FC mail? I am also expecting FC mail to come in with concert tix application forms and I am deeply concerned that the FC mail will be lost or ignored at your end. Please at least reply and let me know what is the current situation with regard to existing FC memberships for which you are acting as proxy.
As the update says, I'm still going through them and I have received some of the packets already. I'll be sending out shipping invoices to people that have received items. I'll also be changing the address to the existing ones that we have to a new address, so we won't have any items lost.
