Hi!

Sure. Basically if you buy 15 or more con goods then instead of paying the price listed, you pay a $60 fee, plus the cost price of the item. So if you bought 15 pamphlets, instead of paying $28 a piece, you would pay $23.71 (my cost for the item) plus $60. With the special it would give you a price of $415.65. Whereas if you didn't use the special, it would be $420.
