I had the most awful dream last night or, a least, the worst dream you can have the day before a test, and it was that I couldn't take the test that will determine if UI'll have a job by Saturday, because they said I didn't fit the profile. Well, here I am. I'm supposedly getting trained for my new job. I guess I am getting trained; I'm bored as hell, though. And I really shouldn't be updating my journal now, but it's not like I have something better to do. Well, as the title implies, I think this week has to have made it into the top ten of the worse weeks of my life. On a high note, it sucked as bad as it did because everything happened at the same time, which means next week might be better. Today is exactly a month since my dog died, a dog I'd had for over twelve years, and as I was thinking about this, I remembered that it is also exactly 16 years since my dad died. I don't know what makes me sadder, the coincidence in dates, or the fact that I remembered my dog first.
