It's so that it stays at the top of my page until the last day of classes. :3

Lol, Sorry for the random stranger post, but i couldn't help it.

it's nice to see another college student on here with the same 'obsessions' (that is, assuming you ARE a college student).

And the same headache that goes with selecting classes for next semesters.

No no, I like random strangers. :3 Means possible new friends.

I am in fact a college student! \o/ Junior, in fact. And by obsessions I assume you mean Transformers? In any case, pleased to meet you. X3

Junior? Eh, I'm just a Sophomore. Where, might I ask, do you go and what for?

And yes, Transformers, at the moment, is nearly the only thing I obsess over.... okay, well, Mustangs too but eh

Willamette University (in Oregon) and my major is Environmental Science... as you can see by most of my classes. XD (It only gets worse from here, honestly.) And you? :3

Mustangs are nice. I'm... more of a jet girl, to be honest. ;D

Hi hi!

Am here cuz I just re-read your SS/SF fic "Static" for the zillionth time, and thought to myself, "what the hell." I like your journal and find you interesting, so am going to friend you! This is me just announcing my intentions.

Also? The Last Unicorn rocks. But I'd say I like the book even more than the movie. It contains deleted scenes and everything!

New friend! \o/

I swear I'm writing more TF fic. Sometime. It's on my computer, all... half-written and waiting. While I get distracted with school and work and OTHER FANDOMS.

I haven't read the book. I always meant to, as a child, but could never find it. The only thing I ever read was some anthology of adult unicorn stories with an introduction by Peter Beagle that amounted to "Why do people like that novel so much? It sucked. But whatever. Here's some more unicorns from other authors. Have fun." And then my 9 year old self was subjected to short stories about Super AIDS and a lot of mauling and sex. It was probably a formative moment or something.

/lifestory

GLAD TO HAVE YA HERE THOUGH :D

Peter S. Beagle is a big ol' tease. He has written better books than The Last Unicorn... but that doesn't mean that therefore The Last Unicorn sucks. I remember that anthology, and how frustrated I was to realize that Beagle's contributions amounted to nearly zilch.

What other fandoms are ya playing around in? I saw Zim, since I looked at your recent fic offerings, but anything else? I'm a big believer in Renaissance Fandom and dabbling in lots of different things. For writing lately I've been switching between Transformers (SS/SF is my own big epic pairing of the moment) and Digimon, but I've also been watching tons of anime and recently re-read Neal Gaiman's Sandman series.

And... that's it for me! I have to go to work myself. NICE TO MEET YOU!!!

Oh, Invader Zim and Transformers are really my main ones. Some District 9, LazyTown, Temeraire... some Spiderman. But I don't tend to write very much...

But I'm pretty easily influenced into new fandoms. XD Not quite good for fandom longevity, but there you have it.
