FURTHER DETAILS
Back story: Dihyā was purchased as a small child by respected Ottoman physician/surgeon Haidar ibn Israa al-Umari, while he was travelling before settling in Kostantiniyye, from a patient who was mistreating her. She doesn't really know anything about her parentage or background (it's not a Big Dramatic Secret or anything, it's just not information that her previous owner bothered with, so I doubt she'll ever know).
