As you may or may not know, I am in marathon endurance training mode. So far, I run 2 to 3 times during the week (min 5 miles each run, with a pace of 7.5-8 min/mile) and then the long weekend run of 14 miles on Saturdays. I also do yoga and cross train with cycling classes or other stuff like the 'sports conditoning' and 'body attack' classes
