*I left my laptop on my kitchen counter and didn’t remember till I was in Houston. LAAAAME! I could’ve written an entry for every day of my magnificent adventure, but it simply wasn’t possible. On Thanksgiving, I was going to unveil my identity and thank all my LJ friends for sharing a little part of their lives with me over this website. ( Read more... )

Thank you berry much! It was more of an odyssey than an adventure. It even had beautiful sirens (a group of grandmas with an unhealthy love for Clay Aiken). Ugh, did I just say beautiful sirens? Nooooo.

I’m glad I wasn’t gone too long. I’ve got a lot to talk about, none of which is intelligent or mature, but I’m so far down the gutter I’ve stopped caring. I’m hardcore like that. JAmesXcore por vida!!!

Damn James...I must not have been paying attention...I didn't realize you were going to N'Orleans. If I'd known I'd have given you Chris's number...she's one of my best buds and an all time fun time girl....o well...next time. Sounds like you had a fun time on your own in this countdown to Boston. Soon dude....

I actually didn’t mention I was stopping in New Orleans haha. The weather was horrible going through Louisiana, so there was no way around stopping in Metairie and taking a shuttle into town…devouring some of the best food I’ve had yet, and enjoying the sunset at St. Louis Cathedral. I also met some peeps with balcony access on Bourbon Street, so I’m giving some thought to visiting for Mardi Gras.

As far as Boston goes, I’m just waiting for confirmation on my aid package. Then, the REAL countdown begins… =)

You should take a trip to the Florida Keys sometime (if you haven’t already), the environment and people are incredibly chill. The Atlantic Ocean stretched as far as I could see, and each breeze was embraced as perfection. I’m sure you’d take some beautiful photographs as well, especially while parasailing haha.
