Birds of the same feather, flock together Or so it seems, that is human nature Whether black, brown, yellow, blue Possessing four eyes or only two People and I can’t get past seeing the face And apparently at math we get first place Those squinty eyes, and straight black hair China, Taiwan, whatever, they’re all from “over there” At home we play piano and violin Or study so much it might be considered a sin But I’m proud of who I am and will be Yes, I’m part stereotype but definitely have some individuality There’s nothing about my life I wish to masquerade I study hard, and get good grades Play the drums and rock out hard I read books that are rather large But overall I remain myself Asian yes, but wonderfully me
made it rhyme for the heck of it, not great content wise, but it works. nighy night.

Or so it seems, that is human nature
Whether black, brown, yellow, blue
Possessing four eyes or only two
People and I can’t get past seeing the face
And apparently at math we get first place
Those squinty eyes, and straight black hair
China, Taiwan, whatever, they’re all from “over there”
At home we play piano and violin
Or study so much it might be considered a sin
But I’m proud of who I am and will be
Yes, I’m part stereotype but definitely have some individuality
There’s nothing about my life I wish to masquerade
I study hard, and get good grades
Play the drums and rock out hard
I read books that are rather large
But overall I remain myself
Asian yes, but wonderfully me
