This week has been very exhausting. Every day I get up, feeling like I haven't gotten enough sleep. It's true I do get about 7 hours each night, but nevertheless it takes a lot out of me. When the end of the day comes, I feel totally burnt out, half asleep, half giggly from being tired. It's a terrible feeling. I get back home and down some

and I find that I can be kept physically awake with caffeine, but mentally I'm still pretty shot. I guess you could compare it to speed in that way (on the off chance you've ever done speed).
