I can't believe its the final season and they pinned the arc for Jack on Renee Walker. Its just really bad writing. And such a diversion from one of my favorite characters in television. Ever.

I'll let Lost play out because I might as well. Fringe is a most excellent fandom to fall back on. I hope that writing staff stays geniuses.

You should switch to Spooks. It's the poor man's 24. :P

I am so grateful for Fringe. It made my disappointment in Lost and 24 just fade away. And Fringe really just took my by surprise. I was still 'eh its good. Nothing more.' at the beginning of the season. By the end of this season, Its like my new Lost. lol.

I plan on doing a DVD re-watch of 24 as I think this was one of the best seasons. I expect Darlton to fuck us over with the finale so yeah....so long Lost. It was nice making your acquaintance. >.>

I think its not bad season wise. I just absolutely do not see Jack fucking his life over for Renee. Not even a little. Especially in the romantic sense. The season starts out with Jack being happy with Kim and his new granddaughter. After 8 seasons of Jack pining for his daughters affection, I am supposed to believe he would throw all of that away for Renee? Bullshit. Really horrendously bad writing for the main character of a show in its final season.
