For the last time:

1) I am not Chinese
2) I don't care about anime.
3) Yes, I did see those ghosts at the festival.

While the ghosts didn't hurt anyone, it was highly strange. Perhaps someone with a background in this field should look into it. They don't particularly bother me but so many restless spirits can't be a good sign.
