I have been super bad with updating lately, though in my defense things have been busy and I've been having my fun commenting around elsewhere on LJ and doing loads of TxN fangirling *__*

zukkii, Ci, moved in on Sunday and it's been fun so far, we've both settled in and I'm really glad for having company besides just my cat XD; We went job hunting

yeah it reall is a hassle when you watch dubbed anime...you really get disappointed when you don't hear the same tone of their voices...i'm pretty much updated with bleach and thanks to you i was able to find the burimyu i've been looking for...

btw black really suits you eventhough i haven't seen you in red...black is a classic and it fits on almost anyone...lolz i'm being biased here coz i never had any other color on my hair other than black ^_^

BLEACH DUB! BLEACH DUB! Haven't heard it yet, but it has my Johnny in it-- I need to find out who he plaaaays before next weeeeeek... XD Looking at the list: Spike Spencer is in it, and Johnny Bosch, and every time I turn around someone else whose work varies from acceptable to AWESOME says that they were working on Bleach. ^____^ I bet Christopher Patton is in there somewhere, too. God I love him....

Yeah, I'm not a big dub person, either. I prefer to watch anything and everything in its original language. However, when the dub people are devoted to their work, and do more than just phone it in... we loved the Bebop dubs. The Last Exile ones are pretty damn good, too. I even liked Wolf's Rain, for the most part. (At least, the parts I watched, before I switched back... ^_^)

I don't know any names personally except for Crispin, and that's just because he was co-hosting during AX with Seki Tomokazu and acting like a total, googly-eyed fanboy the whole time and his name was so unusual that it stuck in my head, hehe.

I don't intend to go seeking out other dubs, but I think if I get serious about finally watching Bleach at least now I know how to go about doing it ^_^

lol I don't like dubs! But I know all the actors from GOING to conventions. (And, well, Christopher Patton played Sasame in the Pretear dub, and his was the ONLY voice I liked in that one. So sexy!! No-- I liked Spike Spencer okay, and Mannen's voice was really cute too. XD)

Dammit- I am SO mad at myself. The year that Seki co-hosted, I was all like, "Meh..." for reasons that I CANNOT EXPLAIN. So we didn't go that year. (We went to Fiddler's Green instead, which, for me, was awesome...) but still! SEKI! I'm braindead! As it is, we leave in 8 days, and my wigs are SO not done... but I digress.

We don't seek out dubs, really... we trip over them. ^^ And we watched Last Exile dubbed because we saw a clip of it during AX Idol last year- Johnny, being the host, played Klaus, and we were somewhat impressed. He really does do a nice job. ^_^ Wow, I need to shut up now!

And I need to sit you down and make you watch the dub of Generator Gawl cause normally I don't like dubs but that one is really good (and it's only 12 episodes, and its great and everyone should appreciate Kouji/Ryo)

Btw, it was my end-of-year test thingy in Japanese last night and it went well. Now I'm going to spend the summer swotting up and teaching Squirtle the basics so that we're not completely incompetent come September ^^;
