I spent my morning in the hospital with my brother and mom. The x-rays show that my brother broke his collar bone. The first doctor said he also dislocated his shoulder, but the second doctor he went to said he must've popped it back in, because it's back in place. I survived finals week! I'm back in Cali now~ The weather's nice and predictable - sunny/mostly sunny/partly cloudy every day and in the 50's-70's. it snowed over night!!!
i woke up this morning late afternoon and saw snow covering the grass!!! sooo pretty. i went to pick up my econ quiz and saw baby d, omar, and katy in the quad playing with the snow, so i had a mini-snowball fight with them in the quad. aww the snow's so great! the rest of my day seems like it was a waste... didn't do much ( Read more... )

Went to the Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights tonight!! Parade down Michigan Ave. with Disney characters from DisneyWorld and as they passed the trees along the whole street lit up with millions of Christmas lights! Then the fireworks display took place at the Chicago River. Fun stuff.
